Насчет "вау" согласен. Коротко и выразительно.
А вот "опа" вместо "упс" мне все же нравится больше. :)
Особенно если произносить с удлинением начального "о". :)))
Хотя по понятным причинам "упс" пользоваться приходится чаще. :)
